Strength & conditioning is the backbone of the weekly schedule at Title 29 — and the fastest way to change how you look, move, and feel. Our Fresno strength training classes build real, functional strength with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight work, all led by a coach who dials the load and movement to exactly where you are.

This isn't lifting alone in a crowded gym wondering if your form is right. Every rep is coached and every session is scaled to what you're ready for. Whether you want to get stronger, move better, or just feel capable again, our functional training in Fresno gives you a plan and a coach instead of guesswork.

What to expect

What a strength class looks like

  • Coached lifts — squat, hinge, press, pull — with real attention to your form
  • Loads scaled to your level, session by session
  • Functional movement and conditioning woven in so you build strength you can actually use
  • Morning and evening class times, six days a week
  • A community that spots you, cheers you on, and knows your name

Strength you can use

Functional lifts that carry over to real life — hauling groceries, keeping up with your kids, feeling capable.

Strength questions

How often should I train strength?

Most members train two to four times a week, which our flexible memberships are built around. Your coach can help you set a schedule that matches your goals and your week.

Is this like personal training?

You get coaching on every rep, but in a small-group class — so you get expert eyes on your form and a built-in community, at a fraction of one-on-one personal training cost.

What's the difference between strength and functional training?

They overlap. Our strength & conditioning classes blend traditional lifts with functional movement, so you build strength that transfers to everyday life, not just the gym.
