Getting Started At Title 29 Fitness Is As Easy As 3, 2, 1, GO!

I'm Super New

Title 29’s Fundamentals Program will be a 3-week course, two times a week. This will be a personal or small group setting, with no more than 3 members in each class, to go over foundational movements for Strength and Kickboxing. After those 3 weeks, you will be ready to join the class setting with success!
