Getting Started At Title 29 Fitness Is As Easy As 3, 2, 1, GO!

Title 29’s Fundamentals Program will be a 3-week course, two times a week. This will be a personal or small group setting, with no more than 3 members in each class, to go over foundational movements for Strength and Kickboxing. After those 3 weeks, you will be ready to join the class setting with success!
The very first thing you will discover is that we do not discriminate. Whether you are young at heart, have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from injury, or have no experience at all…We will help you achieve your fitness goals.

Our bodies come in every imaginable size, shape, and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.
What will my first time in your gym be like?
If it's your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our expert coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, walk you through the workout, explain each movement in depth with the correct form, and answer any questions you may have. We can't wait to have you!

Each class has a certified coach that excels in what they do and will push you to become the very best version of yourself while having the most perfect form. We will provide you with an app that will allow you message with a coach at anytime, track macros, adjust habits, and much more... So instead of having to seek out coach led training, nutrition, and yoga all separately.. You can get them all in one place here at T29!!
How often do you recommend I come to the gym?
If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
